In PoodLL 3 to help us solve your support issues faster, we added a support info page. That is accessible from your Moodle site’s admin menu.
Site administration -> Plugins -> Filters -> PoodLL -> Support Info


You will see a long list of properties and information about your site that might not be very interesting to you. But to us they tell a story and help us to solve your support issues without playing ’20 questions’ over email.


From the info page you have the option to “Export” the information to a file called “poodll_support_info.csv.” Include one of these with your initial support requests, and it will really speed things up.
