A common problem is that student's forget to upload their audio or video recording before submitting the assignment. A similar problem occurs when students submit their assignment before the recording has uploaded completely.
Since the Cloud Poodll Assignment Submission must co-exist with other submission types that might also be active on the assignment , by default we do not interfere with the operation of the assignment submission button.
However when the activity author is confident that no other submission type is present, or will be adversely affected, it is possible to enable "SafeSave" from the Cloud Poodll submission settings.
When this is enabled the Submit button will be disabled after recording commences. And it will not be re-enabled until the upload is complete.
Use the SafeSave setting to prevent incidences of student recordings going missing.
